Chilli Kale Chips

Ingredients

  • 1 large bunch of kale
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp chilli flakes
  • Sea salt

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 180ºC. Line a large baking tray with baking paper.
  2. In a bowl combine the olive oil, chilli and paprika and mix together.
  3. Next, tear the kale leaves into small bite sized pieces. Add the kale leaves to the olive oil mixture and toss to coat. Place the kale leaves onto the baking tray (make sure you spread out the leaves so that they are in a single layer). Bake for 10-15 minutes or until the kale leaves are crispy.
  4. Season with sea salt. Let the kale chips cool and enjoy!
